Water Cannons

Our adventures this morning took us to the city center where, once again, we were able to see one of Seattle's crown jewels (in my opinion).

Coolest water feature EVER. The water movement is choreographed with music blasting from speakers all around you. We experienced (and it was an experience) a little rock and roll show which included water being blasted from the top with what sounded like a cannon. A really loud cannon. Needless to say, I'm the only one that still likes the water fountain. Sorry girls...

Not even something as spectacular as the rainbow could sway Lauren...
We were pretty much done once the cannons went off. I had a good time, except when Ella brought me this:
Guess I was too enthralled with the show to notice Ella scrapping bird crap off the ground. At least it didn't end up in her mouth (as far as I could tell).
(Note: Ella's diaper didn't leak...we just got done playing in the "river" inside the Children's Museum.)

I love that you stopped to take a picture of the bird doo on Ella's finger!
I am such a poop-phobe that I would have just freaked and wiped it without thinking about the fantastic photo opportunity.

Looks like a fun place, a mini Bellagio water fountain. We're due for a trip to Seattle, we'll have to see it!
